This project is currently in progress and will be exhibited end of june at the RCA final show 2017. Drones have a negative connotation and their propellers have caused many injuries, but as the sector is booming we will have more of these flying objects in our daily lives. The project's aim is to design a more secured and less agressive drone and develop a more social flying object. Based on a honeycomb structure, the object is ment to be porous, in order to let the air pass through the all structure, as in aerodynamic the airflow is essential to create enough lift and make the object fly.

The project will be controlled with a smartphone (through an app) and can be switched to an autonomous mode.

The drone could fit into several sector, entertainment (film, video, photography) as it could be a professional tool for imagery (farming, surveillance).
